I have known Inna on a professional basis since 1997 when she worked for one of the major Real Estate companies in Prague, so when I decided to sell my house I did not even consider using any other agent, she was always my first choice. And what a good choice it was. She has been amazing from start to finish. On her first visit to my house she told me the honest vauation of my house and what money I could expect to recieve, there was no lies or cloaking just to get me to sign a contract. She told me she will advertise it for more money if I wanted even if it was unlikely to sell for that amount. Once I agreed to drop the price to her original valuation it sold almost immediately. On the second visit, she employed a professional photographer and made my old house look stunning, so it was no surprise it sold!!! But where Inna really showed what a true professional she is, is when we had several legal problems with regards to the kadastre. I fully expected her to say that I would have to solve all these problems myself and employ translators etc because I do not speak Czech, but she sorted everything out for us, contacted all the lawyers, had new geometric plans done and the sale went through perfectly.
